Johanna,
This is a truly wonderful list.
I always read your blog, and I enjoy it. I read your book before I left England for Argentina and I enjoyed that too. I just wanted to leave a comment and say that through your blog, you have inspired me this year.
Thank you for sharing your journey so generously.
I wish you everything good for this new year.
Sallycat, thank YOU for your kind words. It has been an interesting journey for sure. I likewise hope all the visa/passport/ paperbureaucraticredtapenonsense gets sorted out for you and your sweetie.
Stay tuned for a possible Bulgarian (yes, you read right, as from Bulgaria) translation of my book. And if all goes well, maybe even a French and a German one.
Damn, Johanna, you are amazing.
What a wonderful post from a fabulous lady.
Big kisses to you from the City by the Bay.
Thank you TB. I know you agree with the chocolate observation :-)
You know I do!
xo
(especially if it's a Vosges Goji berry and Himalayan salt bar. mmmm.)
Ok, you're going to have to give me a chocolate tutorial when I come visit!
It's part of our Chocolate Field Trip. ;-)
I am SOOO there. And then we go tango to work it off, right?
New Mantra: Friends, Hugs, Cat Petting, Chocolate, Prayer, Love, Sleep, repeat.
Amen, Elizabeth. Adjust chocolate intake accordingly.
Johanna,
I love this post, summing up a huge year of growth. You are an amazing woman, a survivor, and I tip my hat.
I'm looking forward to seeing you in BsAs soon!
Oh Cherie, you have no idea how much I'd love to go. I'm working on building up my strength and my wallet in order to make that come true!
Besos and Happy New Year!
Hi Johanna!
I take my hat to you and your fantastic attitude towards life! What is past has passed. Use tango to convalesce properly, take milkshakes, honey, fruit but get on the dance floor. And if you come around to chilly England then I require a dance. ;o)
Thanks for stopping by, Kooricky. It is my dream to dance will everyone who has visited Tangrilá :-)
Dear Johanna,
Thank you. So insightful and touching. As always, coming from you.
Tanguera
Hey Tanguera! Thank you. You've gotta learn from your experiences, right? Otherwise, it's just depressing :-)
